Description:
The workshop will
delve into understanding Concepts like identifying routines in
our lifestyle that accumulate negative stress and how it
displays patterns and result in irregular bio-rhythms, and
blockages in energy, making us vulnerable to repetitive stress
injuries, and stress induced relationship issues.
This will be followed by a
60 minute rejuvenation routine will guided through by
powerful yogic techniques. This includes easy-to–do physical
movement, stretching,
de-toxfying. The life force within will
then be expanded and streamlined through a rare routine called
Shitali Karana
(Ascended Breath) followed by
Yoga Nidra which is
basically resting in deep awareness. This process allows for
cellular restoration, tranquil mind, and heightened relaxation
achieved through a guided voice that directs us to explore
several energy centers in the body and achieve smooth flow of
the life force in its intricate network in our subtle body.
